Describes the aim of the International Institute of Educational Film (Rome) to promote the Kulturfilm from a negative force (as in war propaganda) into a positive one from which people, the young in particular, can learn. At the same time, the institute's policy aims to make the readers of this women's magazine aware of work-related health care issues. The author stresses industrial hygiene, more particularly the role of women in advisory boards for the making of Kulturfilme.
